Tartan Day!

Did you know that the 6th April is Tartan Day?

Tartan Day, recognised mainly in North America, is the celebration of Scottish heritage, the date in which the Declaration of Arbroath was signed, in 1320. The first celebration was held in New York City in 1982 but the current format originated in Canada in the mid 1980s. Tartan Day is usually celebrated with parades of pipe bands, highland dancing and other Scottish themed events.

We’re celebrating Tartan Day by offering 20% off our Wool throws from the 6th – 30th April! Just use the code ‘TARTANDAY’ at the checkout. Spring has sprung and Summer is just around the corner and not only are these Woollen throws great as travel rugs, they are perfect for picnics and the beach!
